Michael Jackson’s entire estate is given to the Michael Jackson Family Trust.

The will specifically states that nothing goes to his former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson.

The will specifically states that he has intentionally omitted all of his heirs. Contrary to earlier reports about Michael Jackson cutting out his father, Joe Jackson – Michael cut-out everyone – although it is not yet confirmed what is provided for in the trust.

Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, is to be the guardian of his children. If she cannot, then Diana Ross is asked to be the guardian.
