It should be NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE! This doctor is not Board Certified - even in his own specialty, cardiology. What was he doing administrating Anesthesia to Michael Jackson without the presence of a Ventilator? If there had been a ventilator, it would have kicked in the minute MJ stopped breathing. An oxygen tank was not enough to keep him alive! I hope Dr. Murray does time for this. As far as I can see, he committed Negligent Homicide! Involuntary Manslaughter is a slap on the wrist,given the circumstances in this case. The minute Dr. Murray left the room, he was negligent.
