From Neverland Ranch Los Angeles is about two hours away. Presumably, you can find plenty of additional activities in the Los Angeles / Hollywood area.
Heading the other direction, north, Hearst Castle is 1.5 hours from Neverland. It is a very scenic drive along the coast and the Castle is an amazing sight, both inside and out. There are at least four different tours of the Castle (it is that large) and they sell out quickly.
