WHAT TIME WILL VIEWING START
there will be so much traffic, I doubt anyone will be able to park. does anyone know if there is any kind of shuttle going from LA or anything?

I live right here in Santa Barbara I will be going up the night before it will be a huge crowd. I haven’t stopped playing his music since he died, I just can’t get enough of his music. Thank you Michael for all you have done for the world! You were taken way before yout time but God must have big plans for you! Love you and everything of you!

Thanx Erica.. I saw it after publishing my comment… Anyway, I checked flight prices from LAX to Santa Maria, and this is more expensive that I thought…!! I think this trip won’t be possible for me unfortunately… hotels are full or unaffordable for me. I’m so sad I won’t be there.., (physically I mean) I consider myself as Michael’s number 1 fan… as many other fans I think !!! Michael has been my idol since I was a kid, he’s everything to me.. just can’t explain what I felt for him, what I feel now and what I’ll always feel…. U’re the Best Michael, a great source of inspiration, your music has always helped me going through hard moments… and your peacefull messages have always been a reference to the world. You didn’t deserve all this from the media. You showed me the way Mike, and I’ll never thank you enough for all what you gave me. I hope you know and see from heaven how much we love you. FOREVER.. Would you consider taking the Amtrak from LAX to Santa Barbara? I will be coming in from San JOse, CA and I am will be on the Amtrak from San Jose to Santa Barbara. The flight from SJ to SB was $400. The train will cost $54.00. Just a suggestion.

Thank you so much Elizabeth, I didn’t think about the train… $54.00 that’s much cheaper ! The thing is my flight lands in LAX at 1.10 pm so I’d take the 2.55 pm Amtrak and I’d be arriving in Santa Barbara at 5.30 PM..which is quite late, and then from Santa Barbara to Neverland, still 23 miles !!! I guess I’ll be there in the evening… Have to think about it. It depends on what time the viewing ends. OOOOOOHHHHHH !!!!!!

I said the same thing about the fees. I took off work Thursday and was already schedule off for Friday. I was hoping to catch a flight Thursday morning but the rates are too expensive for me right now. I am coming from Philadelphia, PA. My heart is still very heavy and I wake up sad and hoping this is all a dream. My son is 6 and yesterday he said to me, “Mom is Michael Jackson still dead?” This was crushing I had to explain to him the dynamics of death. I said (eyes tearing up), “Baby, once you die you does not come back. You leave us forever. Michael Jackson will never come back to us.” He just stood there looking at me. So then I went on to say, “But he is living with God and he is at peace.” I LOVE YOU MICHAEL JACKSON! Sadly, one of my dying wishes was to meet Michael Jackson before I die. there is no place to park. i have been there many times and it’s just a 2 lane road. there is a small school across the street on the right hand side, they may let you park there. good luck. i love that ranch, it is truly amazing!!! you will love it and you will feel his presence throughout it. Praying the funeral is in Los Angeles, I would rather drive there. Was hoping Staples Center, or even Disneyland. I think that would have been a perfect place, Disneyland.

I would sooooo love to be able to go to the neverland ranch for the viewing, but I live in philly and there is no way for me to get there on such short notice…I just found out about it tonight!!!! I’m sooooooooooooooo upset =( I wish the drive wasn’t 5 days long, or else I’d just do that!!!!

How do I get to Neverland from Los Angeles airport?
Is it possiblt to get a taxi to neverland from the airport?
I wish I could come over.. but the tickets alone will cost me over 1500 euro’s. I don’t have that kind of money….. I hope the family will open up the neverland range for visitors so I will be able to visit it later on in my life..
I’m so sad I can’t go. It would be such a great tribute to michael if fans where waiting in line all through the night again, like they would do for a concert.

will the viewing only be on friday or saturday too? If it is on saturday too i could get there but i can’t get there if its only Friday as I’m coming from London.

The first flight to LA will be leaving on Friday from Amsterdam (Holland), which means we’d arrive at seven in the evening (local time)…
So I’m not sure if I should do it or not…
If the viewing is scheduled to be only on Friday I’ll never make it

Anyone from the Uk planning on leaving tomorrow?
I’m planning on driving up Thursday night from Costa Mesa (Orange County, CA).
Previous blog entries suggest that the hotels and motels are already sold out. Can someone confirm that who lives there maybe? As someone else asked, if I drive up is there a place I can park at night where I won’t get towed? Do the local police have a website or blog discussing these issues? Would that be the Los Olivos P.D.?
Have there been any reports on if they will make people leave their car at a drop-off point parking lot and be shuttled to the Neverland Ranch? Thank you for launching this site!
@ Joanne- its sadly impossible for me to get any more time off than Monday (i will arrive back in the uk tues morning at 7am ish), so i have booked now to arrive at 9:30 am saturday. I wish I could have gone tomorrow or today even but such is life.
I really hope we find some more news soon!

@joanne – into LAX then we’ve hired a car so i won’t get there for a couple of hours after i guess 11:30 ish. Late I know but the best i could do given the time constraints!

i have no idea, just about to head home from work now and see what i can find. as for transport- i don’t know- i am hiring a car but i hear the train is a good option…probably easier, i imagine parking will be nigh on impossible.

Oh my God I want to be there sooooo bad. I’m in tear’s and in a panick because everything I just wrote previously was erased by my 16 month baby girl. It’s ok I will try this one more time. I too have been one of Michael Jacksons #1 fan’s among alot of other’s. I never got to meet with him but I felt close in so many way’s. When I was about 12 years I was dancing at Sea World in S.D C.A where I’m from at a Chubby Checker concert when I got told to move a crowd was booing and the security took me and my mother to the front of the stage I was thrilled and saw Chubby Checker even closer. He pulled me up on stage and I got to dance with him to (Do The Twist). I was at another concert at Sycaun Casino for Little Richard he was playing the piano and I was dancing to his music having a great time I had left for a moment to a jammin Z90 bus a music station. When a man in a black suit came to the bus and said that Little Richard had requested my presence I was shocked and truly honored I was taken to the stage and Little Richard told me I was his little dancer to go back out and dance he then handed me his book. I went back out and started dancing for my life Little Richard is such a nice man Thank You. Lastly I was at Vegas with my family when I saw Corey Feldman. I wanted to go say hi to the man who I know was famous for one of my favorites. GOONIES… also the fact that him and Michael Jackson were close friends but, my uncles told me not to. I listened because they told me so but also I wanted to give him his privacy. I am 5 months pregnant now and I want to be there so bad I have too. Is there anyone who can help me PLEASE…. I will alway’s be GRATEFUL….

Hi – really wanted to get there from here in london…just cant make it, the flights are sky high in price. we feel really sad for his sad life and the way people talked about him. I always supported him through everything and am absolutely sure he was a GENTLE man. He never did anything to hurt anyone, but the world hurt him back. He sure was lonely. . . for a man who is now loved by the world. Hopefully Allah has mercy on him…. (as he was a Muslim) .
